  • Damage from fire, flooding, or natural disasters
  • Tampering by unauthorized repair services

Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Validate Eligibility

  • Provide proof of purchase (dated receipt/invoice).

  • Confirm product model and serial number (located on the interior wall).

Step 2: Contact Support

  • Email support@kaerworld.com with:
    ➤ Subject line: "Warranty Claim – [Your Order #]"
    ➤ Photos/video of defect + description of issue
    ➤ Purchase documentation attached

  • No phone claims accepted (audit trail requirement).

Step 3: Receive RMA & Shipping Instructions

  • KaerWorld will email:
     RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)
    ✓ Prepaid shipping label (US only)
    ✓ Approved service center address

Step 4: Repair/Replacement

  • Approved claims: Repaired within 10 business days or replaced if irreparable 5.

  • Denied claims: Detailed explanation with repair cost estimate (if requested).


Warranty Exception:

  • Products broken or misused by customer.
  • Product's warranty period expired.
  • Drilled/tampered lock housings
  • Welding or grinding marks on body
  • Missing serial number plate
