Warranty Claim Process

Step 3: Receive RMA & Shipping Instructions

✓ RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)
✓ Prepaid shipping label (US only)
✓ Approved service center address
Step 4: Repair/Replacement

Approved claims: Repaired within 10 business days or replaced if irreparable 5.

Denied claims: Detailed explanation with repair cost estimate (if requested).
Warranty Exception:
- Products broken or misused by customer.
- Product's warranty period expired.
- Drilled/tampered lock housings
- Welding or grinding marks on body
- Missing serial number plate
